All of our new personal training clients begin by sitting down with one of our performance coaches to discuss injury history, training likes and dislikes, training goals, eating habits, current supplementation, scheduling, and any other questions or concerns you may have
physical testing
Following the consultation, you will go through a battery of physical tests to assess body composition, flexibility deficits, movement restrictions, and functional strength.
program design
Using your assessment data and the information shared during your consultation, we develop a plan that meets your specific needs, likes, and goals.
