Our Personal Training Programs are designed to meet the needs of each individual client.  We strive to train each and every client as a unique individual with his or her own specific training needs.  We do not use “cookie cutter” programs or have a “one size fits all” mentality.  We tailor our workouts to suit your needs.  We want you to be in the best shape possible and function in the best way possible.  Our goal is to make you look great and feel even better. Consultation

All of our new personal training clients begin by sitting down with one of our performance coaches to discuss injury history, training likes and dislikes, training goals, eating habits, current supplementation, scheduling, and any other questions or concerns you may have

physical testing

Following the consultation, you will go through a battery of physical tests to assess body composition, flexibility deficits, movement restrictions, and functional strength.

Using your assessment data and the information shared during your consultation, we develop a plan that meets your specific needs, likes, and goals.
