Elite Athletes

Pro Advantage’s Elite Athlete training is designed to prepare you for the rigors of your up-coming competitive season, no matter your sport.  Our successful programming is backed by the latest research as well as real-world, practical knowledge gained through many years of working with a wide variety of elite/professional athletes. 

College Athletes

Our College Athlete training programs are advanced and all-encompassing that parallels the programs of our Elite athletes.  Our programs are backed by scientific research as well as the knowledge gained through training professional athletes for over 20 years.  PA will bring out your highest on-field, performance potential. 

High School Athletes

The High School Program is geared towards enhancing  athletic performance in a unique age appropriate way. We incorporate

methods to improve strength, speed/quickness, core strength, and range of motion.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training Programs are designed to meet the needs of each individual client, based upon his or her own specific training needs.  We do not use “cookie cutter” programs or have a “one size fits all” mentality.  We tailor our workouts to suit your needs.
