Philosophy & Mission Statement

Philosophy

 

Pro Advantage Training provides a professional, safe, and individualized training experience.  Our programs are assessment-based that deal with strengths and weaknesses unique to each of our athletes or personal training clients.  Although this approach is more labor intensive for our staff, we believe it helps our clients reach their potential in a much timelier manner. 

 

One of Pro Advantage’s fundamental beliefs is to educate all of our athletes as we are training them.  From nutrition principles to recovery methods, this education process gives our athletes the knowledge needed to excel during their playing career and maintain personal wellness throughout the rest of their lives.

 

Training with Pro Advantage guarantees that you are training in a system that will always be up to date, is based on scientific research, has a proven track record of success for nearly two decades, and most importantly of all...will always treat you as a valued person with individual needs as opposed to a number or dollar sign.

 

Mission Statement

 

Our mission is to inspire and empower our clients so they can reach their fullest potential in their athletic and/or life pursuits.  We strive to develop trusting relationships so we can be the fitness cornerstone in our clients’ lives.  We accomplish this by basing our conversations, advice, and training on facts as opposed to the latest trends or fads.
